All deposits are non refundable and goes towards the cost of your service. They are not transferable unless you manage your appointment before the cancellation window of 24 hours before your appointment time. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. No exceptions. There is a 20 minute grace period after your appointment time, after 21 minutes the appointment is considered cancelled or the service (not the cost) will be adjusted to fit within the remaining time if possible. If you think you’ll be late or need to inquire about a minor time change please let me know as soon as possible and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
